The Pennsylvania Fire Safe Construction Advisory Council is a coalition group comprised of cement, masonry, cast-in-place and precast concrete industries that are committed to promoting non-combustible concrete construction. We are working to make positive changes to the building codes at the state and local municipality level to improve property protection and life safety in multi-residential and industrial structures by promoting compartmentation through balanced design.
